Griswold Home Lights - It Ain't Right! (Video)
We would like to thank Michael Turko and KUSI News San Diego for fighting for our holiday lights.
After our daughter wrote a letter to Turko, a local consumer advocate, he came out to our home
with his news crew and interviewed us. We received a letter the day before Thanksgiving from the
Homeowner Association's management company telling us we had to take down our lights, and
Turko filmed the story the Monday following (November 30, 2004). The story appeared on the KUSI
News at 10PM that night, 6AM the next morning, and it ran a third time the following night on the 6PM news.
Since the story broke, we (fortunately) have not heard anything from Walters Management and the lights have stayed up.
